Position: Caregiver

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–4+ years of professional caregiving experience (memory care or senior care preferred)

• Experience working with residents who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding)

• Valid driver’s license

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, resident-centered care in accordance with care plans

• Assist residents with daily activities while encouraging independence when possible

• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care

Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
